Director and Owner
Carrie Kotch
Carrie Kotch, Director and Owner of Tiny Treasures since 1989. A graduate from Rider University with a degree in education and sociology. Carrie spent five years teaching preschool before becoming the Director and Owner at Tiny Treasure’s Nursery School.
An advocate for learning, Carrie is highly involved in her children’s education. As the leader of Tiny Treasures, Carrie is always working hard to provide meaningful learning experiences for both the staff and children.
Miss Erin
Office Management
Hi, I’m Miss Erin and you can find me in the Office or on the School Bus! I graduated from Kean University with psychology degree and Monmouth University with a P-3 Certification. I have been at Tiny Treasures since 2013. I have worked as head teacher in many of the rooms here. My husband and I have a son, a daughter, and two dogs. We love spending time out on the water or on the beach. I love working for Tiny treasures and find it so rewarding.
Miss Carla
Teacher Assistant
Miss Carla is a teacher assistant here at Tiny Treasures. She has been with Tiny Treasure for 20 plus years and loves it here! Miss Carla brings a warm, loving atmosphere to each classroom. She truly cares about each child and their experience at Tiny Treasures.
Miss Taylor
Office Management / Floater
Hi, I’m Miss Taylor and you can find me in the office or in Miss Shelby’s room. I grew up going to Tiny Treasures since I was just a baby. I graduated from East Carolina University with a Recreational Therapy Degree and plan on going back for my masters. I enjoy going to the beach, walking my dog, and hanging out with my friends.

Miss Cathy
4 Year Old Pre-K Teacher
My name is Miss Cathy and I am the 4 year old pre-K teacher. I have been teaching at Tiny Treasures since 2002. I have a degree in education from Kean University. After teaching many different age levels, I find preschool to be the most rewarding. I strive to get your child ready for Kindergarten in a fun, loving atmosphere. I enjoy coming to work every day watching your child grow and develop. I love spending time with my family and friends, working out and going to the beach.

Miss Brittany
3 Year Old Teacher
Hi, my name is Miss Brittany and I am the head three year old teacher. I have been in the child care field for many years and find it very rewarding. I graduated from Albright College with a bachelors degree in English. I love the beach, shopping and hanging out with my friends. I also enjoy going to sports game.

Miss Moira
2 Year Old Teacher
Hi, my name is Miss. Moira. I have had the pleasure of working at Tiny Treasures since September 2023. I am currently with the two year old’s which I love. I moved to the area about a year ago from Basking Ridge, NJ where I taught the two year old’s for 24 years at a local preschool. I am so happy to be by the beach where my husband and I can enjoy walking along the water and watching the waves.
I am looking foward to watching your children learn and grow throughout the year!
Miss Kimberly
2 Year Old Teacher
Hi, my name is Miss Kim! You can find me in the two year old room with Miss Moira. I am excited to begin my journey at Tiny Treasures this year. I have over 20 years of experience working with infants and toddlers. I have 2 grown children, and enjoy spending my spare time with my family. I enjoy traveling with my husband, going to the beach, and doing outdoor activities’ such as biking and camping.

Hi, my name is Miss. Mary and I have been at Tiny Treasures since September 2023. I am a floater so you can find me anywhere. I earned my Bachelor’s degree at FDU. Kevin and I love going to the beach to walk our dog, Bella.

Miss Shelby
1 Year Old Teacher
Hi, I am Miss Shelby and I am the lead teacher in the one year old room. I have been with Tiny Treasures for five plus years and really enjoy working with the children. In my spare time I love to attend sports games and watch my son play football and baseball. I’m looking forward to each learning and growing year with my class.

Miss Michaela
1 Year Old Teacher
Hi, my name is Miss Michaela and you can find me in the one year old room! I’ve been a preschool teacher since 2020 and I couldn’t be happier working with kids. I have my degree, but hope to continue my education in teaching. I look forward to each year and meeting new students.
Miss Rebecca

Hi, my name is Miss Rebecca and I will be with Miss Michaela as her assistant in the One Year Old Room! I have been working at Tiny Treasures since September 2023. I earned my Associates Degree at Brookdale Community College. I enjoy going camping with my husband and my dog. I also love riding motorcycles. I am looking forward to lots of fun learning and playing.

Hi, my name is Miss Kim and I’m the head teacher in the infant room. I have been in childcare for 5 plus years. I love working with the infants. Its exciting to watch each baby grow and development into their own personalities. Our room is a very nurturing and caring environment, that allows our infants to feel happy and calm.

Hi, my name is Miss Sofia and I have been working at Tiny Treasures for 3+ years. I am currently working on my CDA and I enjoy doing art in my free time. You can find me in the infant room. I am looking foward to giving your baby all the comforts of home.

Miss Delphine
Pre-K Assistant Teacher and After Care Teacher
Hi My name is Miss Delphine. I am the Pm Pre-K Assistant Teacher and After Care Teacher. I have been working with children for the past 12 years. I previously worked in Wall Township Schools for 10 years as an assistant teacher in Special Education.
I have been working at Tiny Treasures for the past 2 years. I love working with children this age and have three grown children of my own. I enjoy traveling, cooking and adventurous activities.
Miss Ashley
Pre-K Assistant Teacher and After Care Teacher
Hi, I’m Miss Ashley and I have been working with kids for a couple of years. I recently started here at Tiny Treasures as the Pre K Assistant Teacher.
I’m currently in college attending Ocean County College with hopes of receiving my degree in Elementary Education. I love the beach, traveling and spending time with my family and friends.
