Carrie
Kotch,
Director and owner is a graduate of Rider University. Carrie spent five
years teaching preschool before becoming the Director at Tiny Treasures.
Outside of school, Carrie enjoys going to the beach,
skiing, camping and spending time with her husband, daughter and son.
Janice
Muller Assistant
Director has been with Tiny Treasures since 1998. First in the classroom
and now in th office assisting the director with the everyday tasks
it takes to run Tiny Treasures. Janice loves her job and the children
and can't imagine working anywhere else.

Cathy
Ferraro
earned her degree in education while attending Kean University. After
teaching many different age levels, she finds preschool to be the most
rewarding. She has five years of experience teaching preschool. After
staying home for 12 years as a full time mom with her two children,
she was very excited to get back to teaching pre-K. She enjoys spending
time with her family, skiing, playing volleyball, going to the beach,
and bike riding.
Joyce
Halajian
Has been teaching pre K at Tiny Treasures for 16 years.
She received B. A. degree from Georgian Court College, where she majored
in Elementary Education.
Before coming to Tiny Treasures, Joyce taught in the Brick Township
schools and the Ranney school in Tinton Falls.

Maria
Bolderman
Maria earned her BA degree in education at William Patterson
College. She has been a Kindergarten teacher for 12 years, and has also
worked with children from infant to 12 years in summer camps. Maria
was a stay at home mom for 6 years, and has taught Pre-K here at Tiny
Treasures for the last 2 years. She enjoys spending time with her husband
and seven year old daughter, going to the beach, and being with friends.
Maria's favorite vacation spots are the Outer Banks of North Carolina
and Disney.

Gretchen Reinhardt
Gretchen attended Brookdale Community College and Monmouth University
and majored in Special Education and minored in Early Education. She
previously taught Pre-K and is now our head 3 year old teacher. Gretchen
is a proud mother of 4 and enjoys spending time with her family and
loves working with pre-school age children. Her goal is for each child
she teaches to blossom and cherish their year in her class!

Heather
Newman
Heather
graduated from SUNY New Paltz with a bachelors degree in Liberal Art.
She soon started working at Everything Grows Preschool in New York working
as a head teacher in the toddler room. She was there for 2 years when
she and her husband moved to New Jersey. She then started at Tiny Treasures
working with the children at summer camp. In September she started teaching
in the 2 year old room and enjoys the childrens happy faces everyday.
Outside of work she loves going to the beach with friends and family
and playing at the park with her puppy.
